Before the project starts

The logo design request form must be completed before work begins.
The form details help the design team understand the business type, audience, name, visual direction, and expected logo uses.
The project or brand name cannot be changed after work starts and the design stage has been approved.

Execution timeline and expected timing

The execution time depends on the nature of the project, the clarity of the required information, and the volume of revisions. The following timings are the approved framework for the logo design service.

5 to 10 business days Logo execution time depending on the nature of the project.

Up to 3 business days For each additional idea or concept when needed.

Up to 2 business days For requested revisions depending on the size of the revision.

Initial concepts and direction selection

We provide a set of initial creative logo concepts so the suitable direction can be selected from them.

If the initial concepts are not suitable, additional ideas are developed to reach the best possible result, and each additional idea may take up to 3 business days.

Revisions and additional ideas

The client may request revisions to the selected design, including colors, fonts, visual elements, and different layouts.
Requested revisions may take up to 2 business days depending on the size of the revision.
Any additional idea is executed according to the timing framework explained in this policy.

Payment and refunds

All payments made are non-refundable after project execution has begun.

For this reason, it is important to review the service policy and complete the request form with accurate information before work begins on the logo design.

Delivery files

After the logo is approved, the standard logo system is prepared for delivery, including configurations, color versions, file formats, and the usage guide.
