Professional Business Email with Zoho Mail
Suitable for companies where email is an important part of daily operations and a dedicated professional email platform with independent storage for each user is needed.
Zoho Mail does not require purchasing website hosting from EGYdesigner. It can operate with an existing domain or with a new domain registered and prepared according to the company’s needs.
Zoho Mail is one implementation option within the business email service, not the entire service, and it is not automatically recommended for every client.
Starter Digital Presence scenario
In some cases, a client needs a simple professional start before building a full website. The suitable solution can be a domain, a small hosting package, business email, and a simple under-construction page.
The under-construction page is provided with no additional design fee in this scenario, and its purpose is to give the domain an initial professional presence instead of appearing empty. This page is not a full website and is not offered as a fixed commercial package or a unified-price offer within this service.
Approved costs for the Zoho Mail solution
Annual Zoho license
The current standard cost is USD 15 per user per year and includes 5 GB of storage per user.
Additional storage
An additional 5 GB per user can be added for USD 5 per user per year, without assuming undeclared additional tiers.
EGYdesigner setup
A one-time technical setup fee of USD 15, separate from the recurring annual Zoho license.

EGYdesigner is an authorized Zoho partner and can present Zoho Mail as a professional solution when a dedicated email platform is the best choice for the company’s need.

What does the technical setup include?
Domain connection
EGYdesigner manages the domain side required to run email and connect it to the correct settings within the selected solution.
This includes confirming that the domain is correctly connected to the email environment.
Email records
The technical setup includes the email records needed for the service to work correctly:

SPF
DKIM
DMARC
Setup file for the client
The client receives setup information, official Zoho app links, and official help resources.
Supports use through Zoho Mail Web/Desktop, Android, iPhone/iPad, and compatible clients such as Microsoft Outlook.
Support limits and responsibilities
EGYdesigner remains responsible for the domain connection and the DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings required to run email within the agreed service scope.
The standard service does not include manual setup or troubleshooting for Microsoft Outlook or other mail apps. If issues are related to Zoho app behavior, mail-app integrations, Outlook, or the Zoho mailbox itself, the client is directed to the relevant Zoho support and current official resources.
If the client already has existing email and wants to migrate messages or accounts from a previous provider, migration requirements must be discussed separately before implementation. Migration is not considered an automatic part of the business email service.
